Large Crittall Windows

We have three of these vintage large Crittall windows set into oak frames.  The Crittall windows and brass fittings are all in good solid condition while the oak frames are generally solid with some work needed in a few areas.  Please note one window jamb is split, please see photos, while there are a couple of broken panes.
